The introduction of music in the college of nursing: a case report

Abstract

Facilitative instruments of the teaching-learning process are being implemented in several areas of the Education. This article brings one of those instruments, the Music, that with its formal elements, serve as support in the pedagogic practice. It also brings a case report from the Nursing course at the State University of Ponta Grossa-PR, introducing the music as a facilitative vehicle in the teaching and learning process in the first year of College.

Ana Paula Xavier Ravelli, UEPG
Enfermeira e pesquisadora. Graduou-se em Enfermagem pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá (1998), Especialista em Obstetrícia pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2000) e em Emergência pela PUC-Pr (2001). Mestrado em Enfermagem pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2004). Atualmente é professora assistente nível A pela Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa (UEPG). Doutoranda pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina e membro do grupo de pesquisa: arte, criatividade e tecnologia em saúde e enfermagem - Giate. Tem experiência na área de Enfermagem, com ênfase em Saúde da Mulher, atuando principalmente nos seguintes áreas: pré-natal, puerpério, música, educação em saúde. Currículo Lattes
