Abstract
Este artigo tem como objetivo principal fazer algumas reflexões acerca do trabalho didático desenvolvido pela trindade pedagógica gestora (direção escolar, coordenação pedagógica e supervisão de ensino) no contexto educacional escolar da atualidade. Para tanto, buscamos inicialmente apresentar as relações existentes entre teoria pedagógica, trabalho docente e saber pedagógico. Em seguida, aborda-se algumas questões referentes ao papel da trindade pedagógica na escola do século XXI, bem como sobre as funções específicas e articuladas desempenhadas por esse trio gestor no espaço educacional escolar dos dias atuais.
