IMPLICAÇÕES ÉTNICAS E PRÁTICAS PEDAGÓGICAS NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL EM TRÊS LAGOAS, MS
Abstract
Tensionamos as disposições legais, os estudos que tematizam as relações étnicas e as concepções étnicas influenciadoras da prática pedagógica de cinco professoras da Rede Municipal de Três Lagoas-MS-Brasil. As concepções presentes nesses documentos são materializadas nas entrevistas (geração de dados) com as cinco professoras. As nossas análises transitam nos estudos que abordam as questões étnicas na educação infantil. Foi possível identificar um déficit formativo refletido nas falas e concepções das entrevistadas quanto às questões étnico-raciais que limita suas práticas pedagógicas com crianças no contexto educativo. Este déficit é tomado como potencialidade para a ampliação e efetivação da formação das educadoras. Aqui, reside a originalidade da presente pesquisa, qual seja, evidenciar a inércia da temática no contexto da educação infantil.
