COLLABORATIVE LEARNING IN / FROM TEACHING IN BASIC EDUCATION
PEDAGOGICAL WEEK IN FOCUS
Abstract
The present work aims to understand how the Pedagogical Week, promoted by the municipal education network of Várzea do Poço/BA, constitutes a training space for teachers of the network. The text seeks to highlight the potential of the Pedagogical Week as an insurgent space characterized by the formative modes that emerge in the contexts of Basic Education and the demands of teachers in contemporary times. Narrative research was used as a methodological approach, in which the elements experienced are woven by the senses that the subject himself produces when talking about himself, when he reveals learning achieved by the weave of the teaching profession. The narratives were the devices by which the narrative reports were produced, which each collaborator produced from the experience of the Pedagogical Week. The analysis took place in an anchoring of the comprehensive-interpretative approach in which interpretations emerge from the movement that the narrator himself makes when narrating. The work evidenced that the Pedagogical Week is a fertile space to think about the education processes, revealing the conceptions of a teaching practice based on everyday school events.
