UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE A PARTICIPAÇÃO DEMOCRÁTICA NA ESCOLA

Abstract

The PPP is one of the most importants guiding documents of an educational institution, for this reason it is essential that it be built and remodeled when necessary in a concise and consistent manner with the pedagogical trend adopted in practice and, of its creators. The objective of this work is to analyze a PPP of a state school located in the city of Apucarana - PR. The methodology consisted of an analytical document analysis based on the conceptions of Ilma Passos Alencastro Veiga (1998). The results sought to discuss the school culture, the theoretical line of the institution, the training of teachers and the profile of the student to be trained. Thus, it is concluded that the PPP needs to be updated and revised, since there are several theoretical and operational inconsistencies in it.
