Abstract

Current research discusses the process of conceptual appropriation in music within the Fundamental Education This article takes part in debates about education and work, focusing on the influence of capitalists determinations occurred between the decades of 1970 and 1980 by legal means, above all by the law number 5692/71, and by ideological discourse related to the theory of human capital. Are considered aspects of the history of Francisco Carneiro Martins State High School located in Guarapuava (PR), that identify this institution, as one of the many sceneries in which the legal determinations are set to capitalist strategy for the prevention of pedagogic orientations of socialist hue based on the thought of Karl Marx and Antonio Gramsci. The research to which this abstract is linked is developed in the modality of isolated research (PqI), by Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste (UNICENTRO), whose object is the capitalist offensive in Brazilian education and the socialist counterpoints, in the decades of 1960 to 1980.
