The Faculty of Law (UBA) in the first Peronism. An approximation on the paths of the teachers (1946-1955).

This article there analyzes the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires during the first governments Peronists. With this end there will be analyzed the paths of the teachers and the process of conformation of the educational nursery during the period 1946-1955. From the approach prosopográfico and the study of nets and paths, this work allows to put in evidence not only some continuities in the paths of the academicians in the frame of a period of strong antagonisms, but also the own characteristics that this process acquired in the faculty. Likewise, it tries to contribute to the comprehension of the Peronism as essentially complex and heterogeneous phenomenon, and to the University as a space in dispute for his internal components.
