Abstract
The article is supported in the current context of the difficulties of developing reading competence, is located in the intersection between research and teaching, and is guided by the psycholinguistic studies on reading prediction. This article is based on successive studies conducted by the author – study of linguistic-pedagogic context, production of virtual and non-virtual teaching materials, usage of the materials on children in early school years, investigation of the relationships of the group with the produced materials concerning reading comprehension and reading prediction procedures. Having as objective to provide to teachers and researchers the knowledge that has been built with the view of teaching reading in early school years, the text offers information about these researches, psycholinguistic elements and pedagogical directions.Downloads
