SCHOOL SLAM AND EDUCATION BASED ON THE IDENTITY OF THE SUBJECT-STUDENT

Abstract

The purpose of the text is to carry out a debate on identity, culture, and resistance based on the pedagogical practice of the marginal poetry duel, Slam. The proposal is to analyze Slam as a link between the school and these different subjects, an educational practice that dialogues with the reality of the students, carrying out a process of "reexistence", where students reaffirm their culture and recreate the school space from their own cultural identity. The idea presented in this article is to discuss the themes of resistance, identity, culture, and education, dialoguing with the theory of Levi Vigotski, and bell hooks, seeking to present another perception about the interaction between school, educational practice, and the student subject.
