A VIEW OF THE PROFILE OF CANDIDATES FOR THE CEETEPS PROFESSIONAL MASTER'S DEGREE IN EDUCATION
Abstract
The present study aims to describe the academic and professional profile of candidates in the process of applying for the professional master's degree in Management and Development of Professional Education at CEETEPS, based on the guidelines and policies of the educational institution in the Post -University graduate. The research approach is quantitative and descriptive, using the database of candidates enrolled in the selection process from the beginning of the program at the institution. The results show an audience with an average age of 40 years, professionally mature and active in Basic Education in public institutions, which strengthens the need to acquire transformative experiences linked to their professional practices.
