A CHALLENGING PROPOSAL

Abstract

The political-pedagogical task of human formation at a time of global structural crisis of capital consists in elaborating strategies that contribute to overcoming the structures of the hegemonic capitalist system with its mechanisms of alienation and exploitation, through the free and full deliberation of the subjects involved in this process. This task must encompass the relationship of the imaginary with knowledge, which does not exclude the question of the relationship between knowledge and the knowledge of the subjects themselves, through an education oriented to praxis that demands the examination of the links of work, culture, science and technology with educational processes, understood these as social practices that are produced in the context of social class relations and that are, in turn, constituent parts of these relations.

Lawyer, Post-Doctorate in Environmental Sciences (PPG-MA / UERJ), Doctorate in Public Policy and Human Formation (PPFH / UERJ), Master in Social Sciences in Development, Agriculture and Society at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (CPDA / UFRRJ), Specialist in Procedural Law at the Center for Higher Education of Valencia (CESVA), Bachelor of Law at the Faculty of Law of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) in conjunction with the Faculty of Law of Valencia (FDV-CESVA) . Director of Vortex Consulting.

Elza Neffa, Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro

PhD in Social Sciences in Development, Agriculture and Society (CPDA / UFRRJ), Master in Philosophy of Education (IESAE / FGV) and Pedagogue at the Valença Higher Education Center of the D. Andre Arcoverde CESVA / FAA Foundation. Teaches and researches in the areas of Philosophy, Education, Methodology and Environment. She is a full professor at the UERJ Faculty of Education and the Social Construction of the Environment line of the UERJ Multidisciplinary Doctorate in Environment Graduate Program (PPGMA). Coordinates the Reference Center for Environmental Education at UERJ.
