<b>The role of the adult services for kindergarten

Abstract

This article aims to define the role of the pedagogical project, theoretical foundation of managed nurseries by ParmaInfanzia, mixed public-private company. After contextualizing the socio-cultural characteristics in which the society was born, its development comes, until today, briefly summarized in numerical terms.  After, it passes to set the aspects of educative character itself, in particular, we can highlight the importance that the adult educator has in the definition of educational contexts, places of meaningful relationships, intentionally designed to provide a feeling of well being to the child, to develop security sense, confidence and self-esteem. Particular emphasis is also given to the creation of a positive climate among adults, which should be able to observe, listen and welcome the child to sustain the growth and the development of cognitives, emotional and relational capacities. The thought that supports the educator daily work wants to propose several coherent and meaningful experiences, aimed to promote the autonomy of children and enrich their heritage of experiences. The work is placed over the practice of observation, educator essential methodology, and concludes itself with a wide definition of the objectives of documentation activities of experiences, a process that intends to reconstruct the educational intervention for children, parents, citizens and professionals.
