The formation of the reflective Administrator: initial proposal of "new" a model of formation of the professional of Administration
Abstract
The present work intends to present some reflections on the professional formation in the courses of bacharelado in Administration, as well as considering a "new model of formation, being overcome as referencial the analysis of the curricular lines of direction for the graduation courses. The option for the subject "the Reflective Administrator", at a first moment, is justified for the interest in investigating which the profile of the professional whom if it intends to form in the Courses of Bacharelado in Administration, given the great proliferation of courses of Administration for all the regions of the country; e for the proposal of "new" a model of professional formation. Therefore, the object of study of this brief analysis will be the formation of the professionals formed for the courses of bacharelado in Administration of Brazil. Aiming at to reach our objectives previously considered we structuralize the present research in three interrelacionadas parts, of the following form: at a first moment it will become analysis of the concept of present reflective thought in the proposal educational of John Dewey; at as a moment it will become analysis of the thought of Donald Schön and of the insertion of the proposal of formation of the reflective professional from the decade of 1990 in Brazil, it stops in last instance carrying through the transposition of the concept of reflective professional for the area of Administration.Downloads
