<b>"Have the biodiversity in all classrooms": speeches on teachers sexual diversity

Abstract

Within the school subjects acting on disregard the identity matrices used as reference social suffering the bitterness of the process of compulsory heteronormativity and in this sense alumni Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Bigêneros, Transvestites, Transsexuals, Transgender, Queers, questioning, Intersex, Undecided, Asexual, Allies - LGBTQIA - do not go unscathed this colonization. As part of a research carried out to obtain a master's degree in 13 municipalities in the North of Paraná, with 37 teachers  principals to include the  school , educators and biology teachers have to show how the proposed school in the voice of these agents subjective issues of sexual diversity. Discussions about sexual diversity and the harmful effects of violence against students LGBTQIA should gain ground in the process of formal schooling through the school curriculum, books, educational content, and rites of schoolchildren in the discursive practice and especially in pedagogical work.
