Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the
problem generated by the lack of communication between
the Brazilian Notaries. It starts with the inductive
methodology, analyzing judgments, documents, and
hypothetical case study proposals. Fundamental rights are
historically and critically punctuated, with the protection of
property rights. With several intrinsic prerogatives, the
property was one of the first rights that man took over. In
this way, the article seeks to focus on the protection of the
same and how the integration between the notary offices
would represent an important step in safeguarding the rights
of the buyer and real estate. Within the aforementioned
academic work, the effects and legal uncertainty offered by
the possibility of writing the same property to more than one
buyer are considered. A connection with Digital Law is
sought, given the possibilities offered by the use of
electronic mechanisms, which enable the propagation of
information on real estate divestitures.
