A capa da revista "Revista de Ciências Jurídicas" apresenta um design simples e elegante. O fundo é gradiente, começando com um tom mais claro na parte superior e escurecendo em direção à parte inferior, variando entre cores que vão do bege claro ao vinho. No centro da capa, há um retângulo com bordas pretas, que parece estar sobreposto ao fundo. Dentro desse retângulo, o fundo também é gradiente, mas com uma transição de cores do rosa claro ao vinho. O título "Revista de Ciências Jurídicas" está centralizado na parte superior do retângulo, escrito em uma fonte cursiva de cor preta. Abaixo do título, no canto inferior direito do retângulo, está a inscrição "Nº 1, Ano 1997" em uma fonte menor, também preta. Na parte inferior da capa, fora do retângulo, está escrito "Publicação oficial do curso de Mestrado em Direito" e, logo abaixo, "Universidade Estadual de Maringá", ambos em uma fonte preta, legível e sem serifa.
