Abstract

A servidão ambiental brasileira possui similitudes com as denominadas servidumbres ecológicas, do Direito cos- tarriquenho, porém, com características menos aprofundadas e com restrições legais que impedem sua efetividade. Nesse sentido opresente estudobusca fazer uma analogia entre essas duas figuras jurídicas
de proteção ambiental.
