Abstract

este artigo trata da possibilidade de se formular uma teoria estética da justiça. Fundamenta-se em alguns princípios gerais do Direito, como a proporcionalidade, desde
Ulpiano até nossosdias, verificando como se processa a formação de imagens desse tipo namente humana. Assim, aborda as origens do conhecimento, especificando-as no Direito. Conclui-se que é possível delinear uma teoriajurídica com elementos estéticos.
