Abstract

Aarbitragem através dos tempos se torna a maneira mais correta da prestação jurisdicional, facilitando a soluções dos conflitos de maneira ágil e eficaz . Utilizando-se da Lei de Arbitragem e dos Laudos arbitrais a defesa do meio ambiente como direito fundamental, teria uma maior abrangência emsua defesa.
