Abstract

Trata-se da flexibilização das normas trabalhistas como uma tendência atual; bem como a garantia dos direitos da personalidade através do art. 1°, III da Constituição Federalao trabalhador, e ainda, sobre a proibição da "reformatio ni pejus".
