Abstract

Opresente trabalho objetiva traçar algumas considerações sobre a responsabilidade civil ambiental decorrente da poluição de resíduos sólidos e agrotóxicos e as consequências d a decorrentes. Abordará, igual e brevemente, as teorias adotadas pelo ordenamentojurídico pátrio em relação a instituto da responsabilidade civil.
