Abstract

Pretende-se abordar, a partir de um estudo de caso - o toque de recolher imposto a crianças e adolescentes em duas Comarcas do interior paulista - a relação existente entre tais medidas e a manifestação de um Direito Penal do inimigo, tendo por parâmetro os direitos e garantias fundamentais, inerentes a um modelo de Estadode Direito.
