EARTH SCHOOL PROJECT AND THE PROPOSITIONS OF CRITICAL HISTORICAL PEDAGOGY IN THE EDUCATION OF THE BOA-VISTENSE FIELD (AM)
Abstract
The work refers to the educational processes lived in the Municipality of Boa Vista do Ramos, one of the 62 municipalities of the State of Amazonas. In characterizing the Amazonian man who lives in the songs and charms of the Little Princess of Ramos we describe him as a guy who knows and recognizes his countrymen, the one who has a garden in front of the house and a vegetable garden in the yard. The research had the participation of 88 teachers who participated in The Extension Project Saberes da Terra / 2017 and who are regents of multi-series classes in schools located in the rural communities of the municipality. Interviews were carried out with the teachers, questionnaires were applied, lectures given, conversations with the school staff, direct observation of the whole context that revolved around the educational process and information about the research. We analyze the practices, at the same time that we offer subsidies for critical reflections taking into account the theoretical-methodological parameters of the Historical-Critical Pedagogy of Saviani that was applied in the articulating axes of the project and operationalized in the thematic axis Culture, Work, Education, Subjectiviy and Identity in the Field, developed during the formation. We emphasize the experience for enabling the didactic-pedagogical reflections beyond, of course, guiding the direction to a philosophical conception that meets the needs of the man of the field.
