The influence of the robot analytic method upon table tennis motor skills development in universitary students
Abstract
The aim fo the present study was to evoluate the influence of the Robot Analytic Method upon the development of motor skills in table tennis. The investigation was characterized as a quasi-experimental research. The sample comprised all the students, males and females, enrolled im Physical Education - Table Tennis, at Universidade Estadual de Maringá, classes 1 and 2, below the age limit of 24 years. Each student was evaluated by a pre-test and post-test using the following measuring instruments: KTK, Side-Step-Test, and Nelson Hand Reaction. The data analysis of the one-semester experimental program showed no significate difference in the averages of motor skills between the investigated groups.Downloads
