Monitoring and pedagogical support of “segundo tempo” program of ministry of sports

Abstract

This descriptive descriptive documentary research aimed to analyze the pedagogical recommendations issued by the Collaborating Teams and registered in the instruments of evaluation of on site visit, with a view to understanding the effectiveness of the strategy of accompaniment and pedagogical advice adopted by the Segundo Tempo Program. For this purpose, 260 on-site evaluation instruments were used as data sources, which are elaborated based on the accompaniment and pedagogical advice of the Collaborating Teams along with the agreements served by the Segundo Tempo Program. For the treatment of the data, we used descriptive statistics and the technique of content analysis. It was observed that the pedagogical support of the Collaborating Teams is an important action for the organization of work in the agreements to meet the pedagogical guidelines of the program, indicating the relevance of this strategy for the qualification of the service offered in the educational sports nucleus. Completion mode means that the strategy adopted by the program to monitor and advise the pedagogical work stands as an essential action for the qualification of the pedagogical proposal of the Segundo Tempo Program.
