<b>THE MANIPULABLE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE USE IN BLIND STUDENTS OF EDUCATION AND LOW VISION IN THE CONTEXT MATHEMATICAL
Abstract
This text exposes a study on inclusive education of blind students and low vision, focusing on the teaching of mathematics. The investigative work was done in order to know how these students learn mathematical content with the help of manipulatives teaching resources. Based on the performance of semi-structured interviews, we hear blind students with low vision or the Educational Support Center (CAP) to know how build math skills and their perception of teaching resources used to promote or assist learning. We conclude that, even in specialized centers, professional misconduct in the field of Special Education. Therefore, it is necessary to promote continuing education and encourage educators to seek expertise to improve the performance of educational activities to promote the teaching of mathematical content to blind students and low vision.
