<b>CONTINUOUS EDUCATION IN INCLUSIVE PERSPECTIVE: THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SEA AND CLASSROOM TEACHERS’
Abstract
In this work, the aim was to analyze, by the emerging discourse on group formation, the relationship built in the daily school teachers between the lounge and the SEA and its impact on the inclusive process. To do so, participated in continuing education group 22 teachers of the two areas, a course offered by the Studies Group of Language and Alternative Communication from the Federal University of Sergipe in partnership with the education administrations of the state of Sergipe and Socorro city, a survey outlined the theoretical framework of historical-cultural matrix and theoretical the methodological-critical collaborative action research. It was observed that the incipient nature of the possibilities of meeting between the teachers’ lounge and SEA room reflect the gap in systematic and collaborative joint that needs to be undertaken so that the inclusive process take other contours. When such space-times are designed, conflicts and approaches may emerge doings/ knowledge of very transformation processes necessary for the real understanding of the assumption of the paradigm of inclusion.
