Abstract

The article refers to the partial result of the research that is being developed on the achievements of laboratory support Pedagógico (LAP) of the State University of Maringá. In theoretical aspects indicates how the LAP is understood as a place of memory of the school practices, by theorize on the space institutionalized, has as basic reference Pierre Nora (1993) and Jacques Le Goff (1996) focuses its analysis on the body of textbooks specifically, the area of disciplinary history. Closed its thoughts indicating that the LAP, for school books under his guard, tells how the practices of reading, teaching and learning, developed them, a signal to socially produced cultural socialization; and, as regards the acquis preserved, which the contents of education and the methods of learning that are available through the Reading and uses these books in job as laboratory support. Elements that are explained with the understanding the movement history in which, in modernity, the education of the social learning take place through different locations in space school.
