O SIGNIFICADO JURIDICO-PENAL DA REPARAÇÃO DO DANO AMBIENTAL
Abstract
O artigo propõe-se aanalisar o fundamento, alcance e fins da reparação do dano ambiental em termos jurídico- penais. Investiga-se a reparação do dano ambiental enquanto comportamento pós- delitivo positivo, que repercute sobre a imposição da pena e que, portanto, deve conciliar-se com os fins desta.
