Abstract

Karl Marx verifies the historical changes in the State and Law nature during the Industrial Revolution in England. The economic force development caused by machinery installation in modern factories dispensed the political and legal severity force on labour classes evolved in the manufacture age. Although inconclusively, Marx seems to refute in O Capital, the conceptions of State and Law - deprived of the dialectic sense- which were expressed previously in his early works.

Possui graduação em Filosofia pela Universidade de São Paulo (1988) , graduação em Sociologia pela Universidade de São Paulo (1983) , graduação em Jornalismo pela Universidade de São Paulo (1978) , mestrado em Ciência Política pela Universidade de São Paulo (1994) e doutorado em Ciência Política pela Universidade de São Paulo (1998) .
