Abstract

This article summarizes part of a research work supported by CNPq-Pibic developed from August 1955 to July 1996 called “Teachers in the formation of teachers: a study on motivation of teachers and learners in the Teachers’ Training Course”. The motivations of pupils and teachers of a government Teachers’ Training Course in Maringá (PR) were analyzed.

Possui graduação em Ciências Biológicas pela Universidade de São Paulo (1977) , mestrado em Educação pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos (1985) e doutorado em Psicologia Social pela Universidade de São Paulo (1993) . Atualmente é PROFESSOR ASSOCIADO da Universidade Estadual de Maringá. Tem experiência na área de Educação , com ênfase em Fundamentos da Educação.
