System of preparation in the sport of tennis field practiced by young people: "pattern of training in the preparatory period"
Abstract
The aim of this study is to verify the young tennis players of physical aptitude in the preparatory period which is very important for the training development of the young players. The work was developed in a small town near Moscow - Russia where there was a group of young, male and female tennis players of international level, aging from 10 to 13. over the forty-five-day preparation period this group lived under an internship system. Initially, the boys and girls were submitted to a battery of specific tests of lawn-tennis avowed by the Russian Sports Ministry. Based on the result, the results, the preparation process of the preparatory period was structured with the main purpose of developing physical skills. The period was divided into three phases and in each of theses the group was reevaluated with the same protocol of tests. The results may lead to a structuration model of young tennis players training process and to a battery of tests to diagnose the specific physical skills of lawn-tennis practised bay young people aging from 10 to 13.Downloads
