Texts written by relevant authors in Brazilian literature, such as Machado de Assis, Manuel Antonio de Almeida, Manuel Bandeira, José Américo de Almeida, Jorge Amado and Graciliano Ramos, were selected. The collection´s two textual categories comprise fiction in the first two authors and autobiography in the others. Since the role of the teaching professionalis emblematic within capitalist society, current theoretical framework was foregrounded on certain principles by Theodor W. Adorno.
