The aim of this article is to apply suitable techniques of educational computer science and educational practice methodology to build an educational software product which may support the biology teaching. This study introduces details of a multi-disciplinary methodology as well as some technical and pedagogical data which explore the potentiality of a simple computer science tool. It also intends to recommend the reproduction and application of such techniques in fundamental and secondary schools.Downloads
