Abstract

The aim of this research work is to give some explanations with regard to the rotation of personnel in the State University of Maringá (UEM). Data collected at the Pro-Rectory of Staff and Community Issues have served as parameter for the analysis of the principal causes that lead to a high rotation of personnel and its consequences. An adequate staff policy is essential to warrant organizational survival and success leading to personal and professional development of members. Conditions for necessary adjustments will be made possible so that a society in constant transformations may be faced.

Alexandre Shigunov Neto, Faculdade Central de Cristalina (FACEC)

Possui graduação em Administração pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá (1998) , especialização em Economia Empresarial pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (1999) e mestrado em Educação pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2002) . Atualmente é Avaliador de cursos de graduação do Ministério da Educação e Diretor de Pesquisa e Extensão da Faculdade Central de Cristalina. Tem experiência na área de Educação , com ênfase em Fundamentos da Educação. Atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: empreendedorismo, formação de professores, prática pedagógica, professores, formação pedagógica e educação Currículo Lattes
