Abstract

This article tries to show that the historical sedimentation of one coherent speech, wants about the pedagogical scientific statute, wants about the objectives of modern educative act, would be equally discussed in the general chart of moral secularization and the expansion of political essence of self- government. Therefore in itself defend that one deductive formation from pedagogical nature took over in the end of XIX century the centralization of ethical material, assimilating it on the axiom of illuminist-humanistic power that refer us about the civic behavior of citizens should result from the obligations and decisions of private environment of your conscience. In the way it’s analyzed here, the modern psycho pedagogy would be historically structured as the one more self rule.
