Abstract

This article intends to extract an inventary of the reform practices in order to diagnose their systems of reason which generate principles about cosmopolitan children and teacher. It supports that cosmopolitan behavior leads to anxiety and particular deslocation whose principles quality and disquality the individuals to take part and action. It shows one syntheses about schooling knowledge which outlines teachers and the reforms of the teacher´s formation in the EUA, in order to diagnose and putting the scholling knowledge into the history as a cultural practice which ends and confines the action and participation possibilities.
