Another brick in the wall: educational handouts in public education as reissue of pedagogical technicality
Abstract
This text discusses the reissue of the pedagogical technicality, which translates the trend to the country growth in education area, linked to the deepening of inequalities between social classes. Thus, the influences of the “conservative modernization” in the period from 1964 to 1985 are identified. The hypothesis that the Human Capital Theory was an intrinsic strategy to policy of economic growth is also discussed. The education area was treated as part of strategic planning, having the pedagogical technicality as tactical resource. It was characterized and, after that, the policy of education handouts was discussed as a resource to a human formation inserted in a bourgeois project of working class education, depriving it of a quality education, as well as the bourgeois class expropriate its quality life in capitalist mode of production
